It also gives the subscriber the opportunity to get in touch with you with any questions or queries they may have. In other words the doors of communication are opened which in turn leads to building trust.

It is not advisable to bombard your subscribers with sales type emails encouraging them to buy products or sign-up for your offer. This is probably the quickest way to see your unsubscribe list grow very quickly. Rather send your subscribers a review of the products or business, which is informative and of benefit to them and therefore giving them the information they are seeking prior to purchasing or signing-up.
